ORVDA is pleased to introduce our Board of Directors. Volunteer directors serve two-year terms. Their work and insight is vital to the work of the organization on behalf of the membership.

Bruno Tombari Jr.
Bella Vista RV Centre
Term: 2018-2020

Bruno Tombari Jr has been an owner of Bella Vista RV for 11 years.  His past experience spanned a 23 year period in financial services for three major banks.  He held positions as Wealth Management Financial Planner, Branch Manager and Financial Services Manager in a special pilot project.

Bruno also served on the executive committee that planned and coordinated one of Easter Seals larger fundraisers for 15 years.

Bruno has served on the ORVDA board for 6 years and is currently serving a second term as president.  His goals for the association are to develop a long term plan and set goals for the future growth and financial stability of the association.

Roland Goreski
Campkin’s RV Centre
Term: 2018-2020

Roland Goreski, owner of Campkin’s RV Centre, has enjoyed over 35 years in the RV industry; beginning his career at his parents RV Dealership, Skyview Trailers in Trenton, Ontario. He currently serves at Vice-Chairman on the ORVDA Board of Directors and several committees such as:

  • ORVDA Education Committee – Chairman
  • ORVDA of Canada Education Committee – current
  • Chairman 
ORVDA Membership Committee
  • ORVDA RV Show Advisory Committee.

In addition to his many years of service with the ORVDA, he actively participates in Spader 20 Group meetings, expanding his knowledge and relationships with RV Industry colleagues and peers across Canada. 
Following his departure from Skyview Trailers, he began the next chapter of his career in the service department at Campkin’s RV Centre; quickly growing within the dealership to Parts Manager, sales leadership and ultimately, General Manager.

As GM, he played a lead role with the 2009 expansion of Campkin’s RV Center, growing the company during the most challenging economic times. His accomplishments led him to the purchase of Campkin’s RV Center (following Brad Campkin’s retirement) successfully leading the day to day operations of the Dealership as Owner/Dealer Principal.

Roland is a passionate advocate for professional development and continuing education; working closely with government influencers, Ontario College of Trades and the ORVDA to further support RV technician certification and the 690H Recreation Vehicle Technician Trade.

Roland’s background provides the ORVDA Board with financial expertise, governance and fiduciary responsibilities. He is recognized as a leading contributor to the Canadian RV Industry with Association peers, stakeholders and industry partners.

In addition to Roland’s professional accomplishments, he is a strong supporter of local charities (Make-A-Wish, Big Brothers and Sisters of North Durham and Oshawa/Whitby) he is recognized for his contributions to a variety of community initiatives.

John Krohnert
Platinum RV Sales
Term: 2018-2020

A lifelong participant in the trailer industry, John has been involved in manufacturing, selling and repairing various commercial trailers since 1985.  In 2011 John formed Platinum RV adding RV trailer sales to the commercial trailer sales group and has never looked back.

Recently, Platinum RV has expanded and moved into a new sales and service center in Erin, ON., increasing their ability to care for and service the local RV markets. John thoroughly enjoys the RV business, especially the family aspect and seeing customers enjoy their lives as they live outside more and explore the landscape throughout North America.

Carolyn Vos
Vos Trailers
Term: 2018-2019

Carolyn has enjoyed a life-long career in the RV industry; from starting as a young girl sweeping floors on a Saturday, summer jobs as a teenager, to fulltime after college in 1989. Growing up inside her family dealership, she works closely with her brother Gord Vos and both of their parents, who are still active in the dealership. In 2018, Vos Trailers will be celebrating 50 years in business, which is a testament to the hard work and commitment of their team over the years.

Carolyn is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for ORVDA and her father (Ernie Vos) was a founding member of the original board. She has enjoyed establishing relationships with her industry peers across Ontario and is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of the new, Ottawa RV Expo and Sale. Since originally joining the ORVDA Board, establishing a consumer RV trade show in the Ottawa region was a top priority for Carolyn; she has a strong desire to continue supporting ORVDA and industry initiatives.

Rob Edwards
NTP Stag Canada
Term: 2018-2020

Rob Edwards draws on almost 4 decades of RV Industry experience, in multiple segments of the industry.

Rob started his RV career at the The Hitch House in 1981. Starting in the wash bay, Rob steadily climbed the ranks as a Shop Technician, Parts Manager, and on to General Manager of The Hitch House.

With 20 years of experience within RV Dealership operations, Rob applied and shared this understanding to excel in RV aftermarket and OEM sales. Today, Rob leads a team of RV Professionals as Director of Sales with NTP-Stag Canada.

Harry Patel
Motor Home Travel Canada
Term: 2019-2021

Harry Patel joined the Motor Home Travel Canada Inc. team in 2015, assuming the role of General Manager. After three years of working hands on and learning the ins and outs of the dealership, he acquired the company and applied his work experience in the hospitality industry to manage a new enterprise.
Harry enjoyed over 30 years in the hospitality industry in the capacity of Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and finally as Director of Operations for a large company that owned and operated 17 hotel assets. He was instrumental in acquiring overseas business in his previous role, along with winning several brand awards from different franchise organizations.
Harry served on the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership (OTMPC) as an advisor and committee member, in addition to several other charitable organizations such as the Willow Foundation of Halton Region and the Trillium Diwali Foundation; committing to organizing golf tournaments and important community initiatives.
Harry is an avid golf enthusiast and enjoys travelling in his spare time!
